A Venezuelan man named Henry Damon is really taking it to the next level with his obsession with Red Skull from The Avengers. He’s cut off his nose, tattooed his eyes and face, and implanting subdermal modifications into his face to look like this man.
But the sheer number and severity of these
operations are not our favorite part of the story. Nope. It’s the
quality of surgeon he allowed to do all of this. Here’s a report from
one news source:
“[Henry] has loved comic
books since he was a kid and always dreamed of being Red Skull, but
never got round to doing it. ‘Then he met up with a brilliant surgeon
who specialises in extreme body modifications and just knew that this
was his opportunity."
Oh a surgeon who specializes in this kind of stuff? Great.
At least he was safe about the whole thing… Here’s another report:
“After meeting up with
med-school dropout Emilio Gonzalez, who specialises in tattooing and
extreme body surgery, Mr Damon ‘knew that this was his opportunity,’ a
friend said.”
The surgeon was a med school dropout! I
don’t know about you but if I’m going to get my nose sliced and stuff
injected into my forehead, I’m going to want to get it done by someone
who at least graduated from med school. Here’s a full list of the

• Eye tattoos x2
• Face tattoos
• Several silicon injections into his forehead
• Nose reshaping (including cutting both of his nostrils and part of his septum)
Henry’s gone on record to say that he’s going to continue paying good money to f*ck up to modify his face, and I can’t wait to see what the final result will be. Here are some photos of what he looks like. See after the cut.....
